ExSite has your website covered come rain or shine with one of its 3 main website management packages that will enable you to draw the marketing and communication benefits of the world wide web, while removing the barriers associated. Minimal Management is essential for any of our sites to cover domain rental, administration, hosting and other necessary costs.

Our philosophy is based around partnering with clients to ensure that their websites look as good as possible after launch, resulting in most of our new business being referred to us. Great looking sites deliver the maximum return to their owners, and act as a glowing advertisement to the designer!

Complete Management

ExSiting Management
  • You will be trained and supported to post and edit content to keep the site up to date
  • We will send you monthly statistics on site visits
  • Updates and security patches are monitored and installed as required
  • Emergency content* uploading/editing is provided, subject to reasonable usage
  • All admin, domain rental, and hosting costs are included

Minimal Management

  • This is the 'pay-per-use' option
  • You use the site unassisted. (Training including notes, can be arranged from €65/hr/pp)
  • Support is available (call charge is €20, and average call is €40)
  • Updates and security patches are monitored, and you are notified when they should be installed
  • Updates/patches can be installed from €99
  • All admin, domain rental, and hosting costs are included
  • From €15/month

Minimal Management Bundle – without Administration.

  • Responsibility for admin – such as hosting and domain rental – is retained by you.
  • ExSite monitors & installs CMS software updates & security patches as required.
  • €10 per month + VAT


NB: Some important points on ExSite’s Management Bundles.

  • Cover is 365 days/yr, Content is guaranteed to be uploaded within 24 hrs and normally on the same working day as it is received.
  • *Content Updates cover:
    • The ‘Posting and Editing’ of new dynamic Content, only.
    • Content means stories and news to be published on the site, media such at pictures, videos, and documents, as well as links. In short, any new information for the site that is manageable through the ‘Write’ and ‘Edit’ functions of a Word Press Content Management System. Content is can only be received by email. Video content is only guaranteed if it is already uploaded to YouTube or similar sites where an “embed code” is available – ExSite does not process or upload video files.
    • Pages can be created, as long as they are text based and supported by the Word Press Content Management System.
  • *Content does not include:
    • Changing/Editing the structural integrity of the site.
    • Changing/Editing the overall look and feel of the site, including colour, ‘headers’ and other graphically designed features such as buttons – that cannot be edited with a Wordpress Content Management System.
    • Adding new features/functions, such as e-commerce facilities, polls, or social media integration features.
Work outside the management package will be charged on a case-by-case basis, starting from €40.

All prices are before VAT which must be charged to clients in Ireland. Alternative tax agreements/laws may effect clients from other jurisdictions, but generally speaking VAT is not charged to other countries.
